Our neighbors were extremely loud after quiet hours. We had to call the front desk twice. I was happy with how they handled it.

We have a great time at the family friendly pool area. We celebrated my Grandson's 5th Birthday. The lifeguards were very attentive. In general, a fun time!! The rooms were top notch as well. Thank you

Booked a 2 br suite...2nd br was the living room with pullout sofa. Staff said expedia was misleading in description

Toilet broken, had to use public restroom. Shower leaking with water leaking an puddling under wardrobe outside of the bathroom. No staff to fix anything. Worst hotel stay ever!!
