Clean. Pool was heated enough to not be freezing but definitely wasn’t warm! Kids were frozen in less than 30 minutes

Thank you for sharing your experience!The pool does have to stay a few degrees cooler than the room temperature, to control the humidity in the room.Maintenance has been notified however, to assure the pool is at a comfortable temperature for our guests. Normally there on point very diappointed

Was not good our heater was turning on off all night extremely loud sounded like something broke inside of it! 2nd floor elevator down button was broke refrigerate inside was not cold!

Thank you for sharing your feedback at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Madison. I want to start off by saying that your experience is not the experience we want our guests to have. Preventative maintenance is performed consistently to troubleshoot or be proactive for anything that may need repaired, or simply maintained, to keep functioning properly. We would have been more than happy to room move you, as this is not a room we would have had in order. Our elevator button down button did malfunction on this floor, and our elevator operator was promptly notified, and fixed by the very next day. We do hope we had known while you were here, to make it right.I hope you can give us another chance to show you what a great hotel we really are. Thank you again.
