Asked by staff if I had a preference for 1st or 2nd floor I asked for the quieter of the two. The put me in the room next to the pool and other guest were up late, talking loudly.

Excellent couple of evenings with family and this hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice small pool.

Great value within easy distance of downtown Madison, where hotels cost twice as much and free parking is not always available.

Room was clean but older AC unit that made a very loud noise whenever it was on. TV rather old too. Breakfast was decent. Room is not cleaned daily.
