I was disappointed that they charged $18 for parking when it says free parking on their website!

There are two DoubleTree hotels in Madison and the other location, DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East does indeed offer complimentary parking. While we do charge for parking, we are still offer the lowest rate for overnight parking across all Downtown Madison hotels. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back in the future.
