Hotel was great. Very spacious room. Only issue was we found out on our last day that maid service is by request. Never stayed at a hotel where that was the case. At least let people know when they check in.

Spotlessly clean; up to date. Caulk around tub needs to be better. There should be a small shop with snack foods. There are only a few available and only a soda vending machine.

Would be nice if you have a sign in front of the entrance door that states Best Western because when you come in at night your looking at you gps and you don’t notice the hotel is there, it looked like an apartment building at night.

crummy commercial area. serious police presence at the Friday's restaurant across the street.
Check-in was slow.
facilities were average.
breakfast served was poor.
