Unclean and staff unfriendly except the receptionist (Asmina). The breakfast was atrocious, no choice, untasty execeptional delay as there was only 1 person catering to all guests

Bad experience- No hygiene, not safe to stay

Worst experience...Rooms were very smelly even after changing the room. No guidance for parking or any other requirement. Staffs talk rudely when you go to complaint. They don't provide even basic facility like soaps, water bottles, tea/coffee sache, electric kettle. They won't clean the rooms even if you are staying for more than 2 days. Dustbins and washrooms are in bad condition. They don't care about customers once your booking is complete. Probably they need to change entire staff to improve their ratings.

Prompt service good hospitality and breakfast provided by them was delicious rooms are clean and spacious. Travel desk at al wesal is excellent they arranged our 2 day sight seeing tour which was awesome.
