Ok, but nothing special
Posted 17 Jan 2024 on HotelsWas ok. Would not say a 4 star hotel. When booking, it gave the impression drinks were premium products on the All Inclusive and that’s not true.
Room clean, but basic and really noisy first thing in the morning.

Great for a winter break
Posted 21 Dec 2023 on HotelsAlways our go-to for winter sunshine. We stay in a suite, which is actually an apartment and is perfect for us. Have already booked for my husband's 60th birthday next December, as it's where he wants to be for his birthday!

Overall had a fantastic holiday, a few factors stopped me from giving it an excellent star.
As a vegetarian I would suggest labeling the food with a veggie symbol or having a dedicated vegetarian section in the buffet area.
Smoking on the hotel balconies - not sure if it's actually allowed but be greeted by downstairs smoke at 6am is disgusting.

So far, the best All Inclusive we'd ever been to, considering the overall atmosphere, nice marina with choices of fishing or whale watching tours, great sandy beach right in front of the hotel (which is very rare thing on Madeira island!), fun evening entertainment, snd a very good choices of food!
