The listing versus the room I received didn’t match and no one would accommodate me.

Dear Ms. Jada,Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced with your 3rd party reservation, due to graduation weekend all other room types were totally booked and so we had provided you to the room type that they had booked for you. I hope they can at least work with you on the price difference you mentioned during our conversation. Wish we could help more but hotel is limited to their site and unable to see the price nor can edit any reservation from 3rd party.

Very accommodating staff and very knowledgeable in the area. Hotel parking was easy access for me and my trailer. Room was clean, pool was comfortable.

The hospitality from the staff is the absolute best I’ve ever experienced. This hotel is absolutely flawless for anyone and any length of stay. I have stayed at all hotels around the area and I will say after staying at this one I would never choose anywhere else again. The staff should be very very proud of themselves. I stayed here for two weeks with my three small children and absolutely nothing phenomenal service I was provided and witnessed the staff just absolutely cater the best of the best to each and every visitor.
