Their website shows the cabins on the inside and bedrooms, so we thought we were booking two cabins. When we checked in, we were told the price we paid was for the motel behind the cabins. One of our rooms had no microwave, no phone, while the other room had both items. When we complained at checking in, they were very rude. Be very aware that you are not getting what they show. We felt it was a bat and switch operation.

We had no hot water the entire stay, staff were rude and disrespectful, had to ask for toilet paper and towels, no wash clothes. Didmt wamt to give us bla kets or sheets for couch bed. No remote for ac. We will never go back.

Very disappointed. The place was filthy, ants everywhere, the lampshade was stained, electrical wiring exposed. I was promised an upgrade but was not given one.

Received lesser value room than what I purchased. Nothing close to the picture on web site.

We stayed at these cabins 2 years ago, and it seems they are getting a bit run down when we stayed in 2024. My reservation was a little messed up when we checked in and had to pay a fee to upgrade for the room that I thought I had reserved. Staff was not overly friendly but was not rude either. We will stay elsewhere the next time we go to Mackinaw City.

Was given a free upgarfe due to booked room being worked on. Other than the pool area being inaccessible at 1 pm one day, awesome stay. Highly recommended. Comes bonuses such as water park access at different hotel.

The property was EXTREMELY dirty, black mold in the bathroom shower. Cobwebs everywhere, in corners of the room down to the beams at the top of the cabin. Dead bugs all over the windows and dust on everything.

we stayed two nights, the first night a skunk sprayed right outside our room. they switched us into a different room without hesitation and the 2nd room actually turned out to be nicer than the first! overall we had a good stay!
