I don't like to write poor reviews but this place was pretty bad. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom had mold by the tub, the door to the bathroom didn't shut all the way, and the room smelled moldy ever time we walked in. There were no wash cloths, and no coffee cups even though there was a coffee pot. We were told we could get ferry tickets in the morning at a certain time and the door to the front desk area was locked when we tried. We are definitely not going back!

Porch very dirty. Dead bugs on bathroom sink. Bed is very hard. Power outlets would not keep plugs in wall, phone charger cord won’t stay in wall. No bedside light.

I ended up in the rooms behind the cabins which were in need of repair and maintenance. The room needed dusting, broken screen and a screen for another room was laying in the walkway. The staff obviously does not attend to this part of the property. Also, no cups, coffee, etc. I am not sure where the priorities of the property owners are. Certainly not in guest experience and facility maintenance. I will be staying in St. Ignace where we previously had a much better experience.

Didn't stay in the cabin, but the actual hotel room. Room looked very nice, but it did need work. Bath door closed but your stuck in there and felt like i had to break the door to get out. The bathroom tiles where coming up and then the a/c / heater wouldn't turn off properly. But i took that as tending the the cabin fire. All and all it was a good stay there, looking forward to staying in the cabin next time.

I really liked the soap, shampoo and conditioner. Could park right in front of the cabin.

The cabin floor was very dirty, stains on the pillowcase, heat did not work in the cabin but a space heater was provided, the entire cabin smelled like must/mold.
