Only thing that wouldve been better is if there were microwaves in the rooms w Fridges...there was nowhere to reheat leftovers & the dining room attendant wouldn't let me get hot water for tea @ 0905

We liked the amount of towels. The soap/shampoos were nice-could’ve used body lotion or makeup removal wipes.

It's such a great location, the staff were so nice and it is clean but it's definitely NOT a nicer or upper scale hotel. Best Western used to be where the rich people stayed. Obviously that is no longer the case. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom doesn't even have a sink in it its in the main room...geoss! Everyone gets to watch you brush your teeth and shave and after you potty you have to come out before you can wash your hands. The hand and body soap, shampoo, and conditioner smells atrocious. I wouldn't wash my neighbors dog in it. There was supposed to be a microwave but there isn't so we had to go out for supper.. We were pleasently surprised with a balcony room that walked right out to the lake tho and that was awesome. I wish it was warmer and we could go swim.

The hotel is nice and close to ferry but there where noices that bothered us
