Although pine cottage is anything but a cottage it is very special our room looked over the Bay we could hear the clump clump of the horses quietly when we opened the window and it was just an exceptional visit. Staff is way above average and very accommodating. This booking ohh set the pattern for a couple of wonderful days on the island. When you walk down the hill or take a cab club club club club go to joanne's for delightful mechanic Mackinac island fudge. If we ever come back we're going to stay here

Everything was amazing.All I would recommend is shelving for the rooms so you don’t have to put things on the floor.Other than that. It was close to the ferry for loading and unloading close to the market and town and close to all the paths so we could hike and explore.

A very nice historic building to stay in with nice amenities. We really enjoyed our weekend at Pine Cottage. The staff were polite, helpful and kind. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Just a short walk to bike rentals, shopping, park, trails, and water. They hosted a great breakfast as well along with tea time and books/games to enjoy.We would definitely stay again.

Had a great time staying here. It’s a small bed and breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained. Had a tv and a sink inside. Fresh towels were provided. The only downside is that there’s a shared restroom on each floor. Other than that, loved the stay! Breakfast was decent as well!
