Everything was clean and beautiful, however some more affordable dining options or at the very least directions to more affordable dining options would be nice

Enjoyable stay will definitely return
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe stayed for New Year’s Eve so we didn’t have to drive. We were in a room on the 4th floor. The rooms are slightly outdated but still very comfortable. The shower is huge with a great amount of water flow. There is a small verandah and you can see the ocean . The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was clean & tidy. The restaurant downstairs serves amazing food and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend booking ahead as it is very popular. You can also order room service. There is a pool which we didn’t use. And an outdoor area where you can sit & drink cocktails from the bar. The bar has a great selection of drinks including cocktails and mocktails.

Always good here..the staff are so amazing and friendly and the room is always spotlessly clean and comfortable

Always a great stay here - only place we stay in Mackay. In a great convenient area, Lovley staff, beautiful pool & not very far to walk to the beach

The family room was the perfect choice for my daughter , her three children and myself while passing through Mackay conveniently situated close to Mackay airport.

On the most part a comfortable and pleasant stay with family, the only thing was a car parked so close to mine that I couldn’t get I. And my door was damaged. This is no reflection on the staff or the property. Just annoying, would stay again and recommend

Although the carpark has markers to identify vehicle parking spaces, a little courtesy from other drivers to park correctly would go a long way to prevent any incidents occurring.
