Not what I expected from the photos.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Proper accommodation
Location: Worst place - Bakers Creek near the highway and the rail head. Trucks using exhaust brakes in the middle of the night and the rail head with horns.
Expected a room not a donger. Photos can be misleading.

Pros: Bed was comfy, room had icy air-con and shower was steamy hot.
Location: Location is between Sarina and Mackay.
We stayed at this place and were impressed given the size of the room (very compact) that we had all the amenities we required. Bed was comfy and place was clean and tidy.

Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: To keep bathrooms, rooms and toilets clean at all times.
Location: It's next to a busy highway and opposite a meat factory. And a long distance to Mackay city centre.
It was an unpleasant stay for the week. The room was dark and very smelly with mould and stains on each wall. The staff were rude and the bathrooms were dirty.
The neighbours were constantly banging on the walls and making a lot of noise. There was no privacy at all as the "shack" was at the entrance and next to the kitchen and reception.

Pros: Easy access outside of usual operating hours.
Cons: Vending machine was not working properly.
Location: Quiet location out of town.
Only there for 9 hours in total.
Passcode access to cabin worked well, and key return in the morning.
Never saw any staff. Clean and quiet.
Will stay there again.

Great stopover

Pros: Heating in the room for winter, facilities offer plenty of variety.
Con: Toilet would be a challenge for a large person
