We had a room overlooking the river which was very nice. The bathroom had a walk in shower with a rain fall nozzle. The staff were very attentive and quickly addressed any issues we encountered.

Excellent property right near train station. Riverview room is mesmerising. Stayed only 1 day. Would have loved to stay more. 5 stars from me.

Friendly staff and restuarant food was good quality. However, spa was terrible, quality of the massage was and. Shower had mold … I would not recommend the spa.

Amazing experience! Staff incredible, beautiful room ! The river sounded amazing. I was nervous from the construction outside and the train being close but the rooms were sound proof.

The stay was excellent. The hotel is by the river and one can hear the roaring rapids. Awesome experience. Alcides and his staff were very welcoming and accomodated our time in Aguascalientes. Few suggestions that I have for the hotel is that they should provide small face towels for face washing. Also, for breakfast, I would suggest that the hotel place self-serve coffee pots instead of waiting for the servers to serve coffee. Breakfast time gets busy and the wait time for coffee is rather long. I would also add a few more dining tables to accommodate the busy breakfast crowd. Thank you Alcides for a memorable stay!
