The Hotel is in a nice area, but because of a new building construction going on across the street, it was very noisy. My TV room Netflix was not working, neither the A/C and the drain in the shower. Pool area is small and the pool water was very dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience.

Great place to stay!

The hotel is modern, very clean and all the services were well done. The room has a great ocean view and so is the restaurant. I totally recommend this hotel.

Bad Service with great view

This Hotel is weird from the check in to checkout. Starting with front desk location. When I arrived at front desk there were 3 employees talking. Although they saw all our luggage etc, after one or two minutes one of them asked "what I needed"? No good morning, nothing. He started my check in but left the place, after few seconds other guy took over and finish it. He did not gave me any information about the hotel amenities as well as breakfast location, parking etc. I figured it out by my self. "!!GREAT WELCOME!!!" During my stay, they continued without "good morning" or a smile. Pretty unprofessional and rude. The room is very small, the shower has a weird door configuration that only allows skinny person. Even for a 160 pound guys it tight. To be fair I should mention the fantastic view of the ocean. I away stay on the BestWestern close with them, decided to try. Definitively it was a bad try.

Hotel localizado na Praia da Pajuçara. Quartos clean, amplos e. On vista parcial mar. Café da manhã muito bom , lugar que é servido apertado . Assim como s piscina que fica na cobertura . Falta de flexibilidade no check in/out . Tivemos que esperar duas horas para entrar e não conseguimos nem mediante pagamento de taxa um late check out , que faria toda diferença pois nosso voo era 19:30.
