Excellent location. However, the room was filthy. I contacted the manager, and I was told to send pictures to support my complain, and after a week, I haven’t received a single word from them.

Otimo atendimento dos funcionarios. Localização maravilhosa, perto das praias mais famosas da cidade, perto de restaurante, supermercado. Fácil acesso a uber. Limpeza e café da manhã nota 10.

Staff extremely rude, could not accommodate my early check-in, even though I flew in for over 16 hours, with the excuse that no rooms available. But they were willing to charge half a rate for immediate room availability.

A good location, not far from activities. Breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was helpful.

The very attentive staff who appeared to really enjoy doing their jobs. My wife and I felt that although the breakfast had plenty of variety, the quality of the food and freshness was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Maceió is perhaps the MOST welcoming of destinations. This hotel is a good example.

Ponta Verde is a nice neighborhood, and the hotel is near by everything!
2 blocks from the beach, a lot of restaurants, stores, supermarket, drug stories, craft fairs near by... love it!
