Very quiet place next to the golf course/club.
The room was clean with decent facilities, including a TV , one set of towels, kettle, coffee and tea, but no fridge and no shower cap.
One member of staff, Jakub, was very, knowledge, friendly and an authentic helper.

Room was very nice and was clean. However, breakfast wasn’t ready when we went down at 7:15am - the orange juice was horrible as was the coffee (one of the staff said the orange juice was ‘grim’) breakfast not worth the money

Poor service upon arrive from girl on reception’s
She had wandered off to the bar to chat. Leaving my elderley parents waiting at reception, calling the hotel and unable to check in until they went to find her. They reported she was rude and unhelpful.
Room was good, comfy beds and nice area.

Nice clean hotel, jacuzzi far too hot like boiling so you can’t get in it. Pool always full of kids and kids swim. Felt more like a leisure centre than a spa hotel no beds around pool, bed comfy, rooms annd corridors exceptionally clean. Lacks a few things in the room like iron, board, fridge, fan. Nice elemis toiletries, nice walk in shower. If you’re at the front of the hotel u look at the car park. Expected it to be much better, okay for a one night stay but couldn’t stay for longer!

Loved the facilities and room :) we had a great 3 day stay. Only thing we didn't like is the TV not registering hdmi so we couldn't watch any movies during our down time after hikes and swimming, and the live TV didn't work often.
Other than that we were mostly outdoors and exploring Peak District but coming back to a clean room and relaxing in the hot tub and pool was great.
