air conditioning was not runninng. controller was out of order.

The extra sofa bed is not comfortable. Other than that, it was all good

Great for my short solo trip to Macau!
Posted 5 Jan 2024 on HotelsFacilities were very comfortable and clean. Location is wonderful and easily walkable to so many restaurants, landmarks, and transportation. The only problem I encountered was very loud construction throughout the day (both on the street and on the building itself). Staff was kind enough to move me to a quieter room upon request. Front desk and restaurant staff were very accommodating.

cute art decor hotel, good for short stays!
Posted 2 Jan 2024 on Hotelsvery well decorated with interesting art items, rooms are quite true to the posted photos. staff were friendly and provided the required assistance. location is within 15-20min walk of senado square, the nearest shuttle bus appears to be the one from grand lisboa.

Must not left anything behind

Cleanliness and environment satisfied.
WiFi bad signal in the room, using own data for all 3 nites.
Left my fitflop worth around 100USD and call back to check is it there after check out.The customer service replied nothing at the room. But I am very sure that the shoes are left at the hotel as I wear it on the first day and only change in the hotel. The hotel is the only stay of my trip. Housekeeping must have not been honest.

Lots of good food in the neighborhood. City centre within walking distance. Will be back.
