"The Kids’ Club really stood up, the staff were nice and they had a good daily schedule for kids. Kids could also participate in theatre performances and dance in the evenings. My son really enjoyed participating. We also liked the food at the resort."

"Staff members were very kind, helpful and friendly. I love how the room was very simple yet sophisticated. I also liked how there is no tv in the room so you can just listen to the waves and let the sea breeze get in the room or just lie in the hammock in the balcony and relax. Will definitely go back!"

"The hotel was beautiful with the rooms built in a square around a dense jungle garden. There were two lovely pools - one in the garden and one on the rooftop. We had a beautiful contemporary room, well in fact a suite with two bedrooms and lounge/diner thanks to our VIP upgrade. The staff were very professional and helpful. We can’t comment on the restaurants as we didn’t use them. We were delighted with our stay. "

"We had a great experience at Secrets Tulum. The room was impeccable and the service was top notch. We enjoyed the spa services, especially the hydrotherapy session. I would give the food 8/10, our favorite restaurants were Jasmine and Portofino. This resort's atmosphere was all about the chill vibes and relaxation; we loved evey minute of it. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. "
