Hotel is fine. Loved the bar and breakfast. There aren’t any sockets for charging phones by the bed and staff was unclear about costs (especially parking we could have saved 20 euros if we knew we could park in the street for free).

Convenient to MECC. Very comfortable bed. Adequate bathroom. Floors felt a little dirty but I could be wrong. Very pleasant staff.

NH Hotel is an excellent hotel, and the staff is very accommodating. The only downside is that the mattress was rather hard. I think it is time for management to invest in good-quality, comfortable mattresses. The staff did offer us a soft topper, though. So, if you don't like a hard mattress, ask the staff for a topper. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of foods. There was even a choice for hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

This was a perfect hotel for my 9 year old son and I. We went to the Andre Rieu performance, which was amazing! The lounge restaurant was delicious and brought out a special treat for my son, as it was his birthday.

Could have been better.

The family room was nice, but one of the bathroom was not good. Also the breakfast was too crowded. The breakfast space does not fit people when it is 100% capacity room booked. We had to wait for 30 min in queue to get in for breakfast and at the end not enough options left for vegiterian. At the end they did not chanrged for the breakfast, but we feel it could have been better.

Overall a decent hotel, but the spa which was advertised on the website was not to our expectations. It looked very dingy and unclean.
