When I opened the room, there was a queen-size bed and a small bed. As it was only a short stay, I chose the small bed. But I didn't like the mattress, it was too soft, like jelly, and it caused me to pain all over my body.

We've upgraded you. You booked the smallest room and we gave you a bigger room. Our mattresses are of excellent quality so I don't know what you are talking about. We have never had a complaint about the mattresses. Maybe book another B&B next time.

Hotel muito bem localizado e com funcionários fantásticos! O quarto era bastante espaçoso e limpo também. Único ponto negativo é o fato de não ter escadas.

B and B, but breakfast is extra, a lot extra

Not a word was said that breakfast was not included. Honestly this was the tipping point esp for a bed and breakfast!? Room is tiny, walls on three sides of bed. Bathroom shared with i think 4 other rooms. Could really hear noisy guests. Checkout was early. 10 am! They have a full staff, so no reason for this. Very disappointed. However, room is clean and location is very good. Staff polite.
