"Compared with last year, the service quality has unfortunately gone downhill. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet. The staff appeared cold and lacked enthusiasm, and they were slow to clear used plates, making the dining experience less enjoyable. I hope the hotel will improve its customer service to match the Disney standard that guests expect."

"Taxis were always available in front of hotel. It’s easy to get around with local buses. Restaurants, grocery store and convenient store were within walking distance. The view was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone behind after I checked out. The staff found my phone quickly and sent it back to me next day with reasonable charges."
