"This property needs a major refresh. The carpets are coming up at the seams in the hallways, walls look dirty, beds are like sleeping on boards and pillows are bricks. Probably a once beautiful place but now tired and old looking. Not a 4.5 star hotel by any means. Bathroom grouting is rough and the bathtub has patches where the finish has come off. Very few amenities. Property does not hold up to other Disney hotels unfortunately. I cannot fault the staff though. Super helpful and friendly!!"

"Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool was nice. Walking distance to explorer's lodge. I just wish there's microwave inside the rooms but other than that room was great and comfortable beds. They clean up everyday."

"Room was very spacious, bed was super comfortable! Breakfast had a great variety; cereals, fruits, Asian dishes, pasties and omelettes made to order! Staff were lovely, very helpful "
