The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. "Tokyo bay is a totally underrated place to stay for foreigners!! It's a quick few subway stops away from Tokyo station. Odaiba has so much to offer. As for shopping and entertainment. Stunning views of the city. This hotel felt so premium and I felt like it was extremely good value for the cost!! There was a lovely Garden just outside. Just sit and enjoy the trees after a long day of traveling. The room was large clean. Huge bathroom. Lots of amenities available. The only con we could not use the balcony as per hotel policy which was a little disappointing because we had such a spectacular view. Other than that we had a fantastic stay here and wished we stayed more nights!! It was super close to multiple train stations. Very walkable. Would highly recommend travelers consider this hotel.❤️"
