Thy provided me no bog roll the shower had ingress around the side likenitbwas not washed there where crumbs and bits of choclates left and the coffe machine did nit work which was very upsetting

Hi Aroon Younes, Each apartment has 2 toilet rolls for guests arrival which we think is sufficient for most peoples requirements in self-catering accomodation. If you had any concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment, you could have notfied me at the time of arrival so I could have provided assistance at the time. You had no trouble calling us mulitple times prior to your arrival, so I am confused as to why you didnt raise any concerns at the time? You also fail to mention you were happy with a free late check out offered to 12pm? We pride ourselves in our services and cleanliness, and take your comments lightly in comparison to our high reveiw rates!

Really good value, great location. Very comfortable and accommodation. I booked a late check out, which I could use when it came time to leave. The property refunded me the extra fee with out me even asking. I would highly recommend Sweet Suites

Posted 19 Sep 2023 on HotelsAfter looking at loads of reviews in Lytham and Blackpool so glad i booked here. Really lovely stay. The apartment was bright clean and modern. It was well equipped amd had everything we needed. The bed was big and really comfortable with great pillows. Communication and security were also brilliant. Highly recommend!

Perfection
Posted 25 Jul 2023 on Hotels5* plus. Suite 4. Absolutely amazing , spotlessly clean. Water, fruit, tea coffee, milk & soaps all provided. Very comfy ex large bed. Heating & wifi. Excellent communication all the way through. Central but quiet location. Will definitely stay here next time, can't recommend enough. Converted house so stairs very narrow, not for limited mobility person. Two suites are ground floor if available.
