Booked this based on other visitors recommendations but was unfortunately very disappointed 1. It's VERY dated inside 2. No cot provided even though the booking included an infant 3. The lobby restaurant had water coming through the ceiling which smelled like waste 4. The cleaners only made the adult bed up not that child's bed 5. It's literally the same building as an ibis

Property does not demonstrate the caliber of a 4 star establishment. Staff lacks hospitality skills and compassion. Check-out time was posted at 12 Noon, however, housekeeping keeps badgering guests at 9am, 10am and 11am to ensure we have vacated which was extremely intrusive especially when we were getting ready to check-out. I answered the door once and the housekeeping lady (perhaps Manager) gave me a rude and stern look, questioning why we haven't left the room yet. Additionally, contacted the front desk to extend a courtesy late check-out of 1pm as 3 of us were very ill due to food poisoning, and yet we were denied. As a guest, one would expect a little more accommodation based on each unique circumstance, and the requests in my opinion were more than reasonable. Nonetheless, very likely will not be returning.

Nice facilities but very limited dining options around the hotel. If you are in Lyon for sightseeing etc, you will need to go back and forth between the city center and the hotel.

Terrible service at all levels, particularly in the restaurant. After making a reservation and twlli g the host, I told hom where I would be and then pointed. A 1/2 wait turned into an hour I checked back in with him. No recall of the reservation, I waited agaim for a 1/2 hour and was seated. They brought part of my ordet and forgot the entree. During that wait they messed Up 3 other orders.
