The staff make it the most memorable experience and the comfort. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. Anything they can help wyou with is done with a smile and they are very polite. I always enjoy my stay here at Best Western and they treat me like family. Thank you

Can't beat the location for Lviv's historic Old Town. Located right on the NW corner of Ploscha Rynok it is less than 5 minutes walk from many places you shop or eat. The room was large and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Where do I start! This hotel is excellent in every way from the welcome upon check in, the room appointments, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant! Very few hotels do it right and fewer still serve excellence but here I found one that does! I cannot say enough about how well things are done here! Even the in house bomb shelter is deluxe and fortunately was not used!
