It was a nightmare living in this hotel.
Posted 10 Jan 2024 on HotelsPoor room condition, poor lighting, old beds and beddings. Power cut in the middle of the night. Door lock wasn’t working. Needs massive revamp and modernisation. Has a lot of potentials to improve!

DONT STAY. Missing door knob then locked in room.
Posted 14 Dec 2023 on HotelsHorrendous, don’t do it. Our first room was missing a door handle, they said they’d have it fixed by the afternoon (bags weren’t secure). Came back after 2:00pm and nothing was done. They switched us rooms and broke the handle while letting us in then locked us in the room, said they’d be right back and we were locked in for 20 min and had to bang on the door and call. Finally they got us out and we packed our stuff and booked a different room elsewhere. Also the pool was so green, hot tub had like 6” of water. This place is so busted. Couches looked like they were free off the street in the lobby. We’ve stayed in questionable places before but this place isn’t worth it given how many places there are around for the same price. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.

Thx for your comment but you was drink alcohol sooo much and can’t control for yourself , but nothing was on our rooms cause all furniture is new

You get what you pay for but location was convenient for me and basicly needed a clean bed and a place to shower while sightseeing. I wouldn't count on their idea of what breakfast looks like..a hard boiled egg, various breads, a jelly pack, halva and a cheese sample. I am paying the same price in Cairo and getting a full buffet.i understand the market is different but could put more efford..

it was wonderful stay over there. there was some modification work going on at the property but it didint affect us at all.Great place to stay

is a nice hotel and worth its price, the swimming pool was nice and well maintained, we enjoyed the pool almost every day. the one thing I didn't like is a taxi guy that works as a "hotel's taxi, He tries to over charge the hotel guests for his taxi service thinking that you don't know the rates as tourist, but then you ask other taxis and then you know you have been overcharged for the service

One man show Hotel.
Posted 1 May 2023 on HotelsPlease don't stay here. The service is worst. No man power here. Only one man Mustafa does every thing. He is the driver, front-desk guy and the Boss of everything. He charges money for each step. He deserves a single star. If you really stay here because of economy issue, please do more homework before going out and seeking any help from this guy.

Sorry for what happened cause of holiday of feast now days and all taxi drivers and desk for rental out of our property and you can choose your service for tour as you want or cancel as ballon or West Bank…. And for our hotel all staff on hotel as housekeepers & restaurant & … )WHO service your breakfast & cleaning your room or all of our facilities it’s difficultSo we choose guests with low coast now in summer times
