Hallo, We only came for a nights sleep., but that was difficult. Uncomfortable night in small room with tiny en-suite. Bed and pillows very hard. Toilet so close to radiator, that if it had been on we would have been in danger of burning our knees. Hair dryer not working. Charged £15.00 for what we thought was free car parking. Staff courteous, but overall a poor experience. We will not be using that hotel if in the area again.

Dear RodneyWe are sorry you did not find our hotel conducive to your stay. The car parking charge is clearly mentioned on all sites, it basically covers our costs of 24 hour CCTV monitoring and a physical presence of staff walking around every hour.

Very clean, quiet, friendly place. The staff was warm and welcoming. Room and bed were comfortable. Common area and bar very nice.

Only comment is the instructions re entrance and limited car parking. First come first served . Probably about 5 spaces

Very good stay, just would like to have been better informed about parking. Also the parking garage was very full the next day and very hard to get out of! Other than that a lovely stay

I was stuck over night due to flight issues perfect transport to and from airport via bus service. Staff were awesome and helpful on my stay.

Well as a 6’4” male I ordered a king size bed and I seem to have got a double bed which of course had a double quilt. I personally have a king size quilt on my double bed. That way my feet & shoulders STAY warm.
The reviews are right about the pillows.
I was in room 107. The fridge didn’t seem to be working and the noise coming from the cars was a bit loud.

I stayed one night for football. An easy 20 minutes walk to the ground. A good pub, seemed a home pub, 10 minutes in the other direction. Room was good. Had all i needed. Bed, TV, shower plus everything else you could need. Issues. The toilet left very little leg room before hitting a wall. A larger sized lady was complaining about that when i checked out. I had to pay £15 for parking. It was secure but seems a lot for the 16 hours i was there. Breakfast promised a lot but even though i was first there, the bacon was cold, the tomato and hash browns tepid,the sausage and baked beans acceptable. I didn't complain as i had to get going. I will stay there again though as the benefits of it outweighed the issues.
