Hidden gem minutes from St Emilion town center.

Not worth the money
Posted 4 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe hosts (owners) were very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel has clearly been neglected since it opened. Maybe this was due to COVID, but the photos are nothing like the property and amenities now. Very disappointed for the price paid.

Un havre de paix pour une totale déconnexion
Posted 21 May 2023 on HotelsNous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans ce cadre magnifique. Le spa est un vrai havre de paix qui nous a beaucoup ressourcé, et des hôtes adorables toujours aux petits soins.

Stayed at the property 4 nights, house keeping very poor, second day came to clean but only made bed without the comforter sheets, no fresh towels. Second day came brought fresh towels , took out the trash and said will be back for rest of cleaning never came back. 3rd day no trash pick up , no fresh towels , no one showed up. Friendly owner and staff but very poor house keeping.

Il est vrai que nous n'avons pas entretenu votre suite comme il aurait fallu. Les horaires du personnel de ménage est jusqu'à 13h.Nous ne dérangeons pas les clients s'ils sont dans leur suite. Nous essayons d'y passer dès que celle-ci est libre et dans la mesure ou moi-même la propriétaire ,ou Jemma la responsable du spa sommes disponibles ,cela n a pas été le cas.
Nous avons répondu à toutes vos demandes particulières chaque fois que vous avez eu besoin de pain ,pancakes, huile, oignons, pressing (linge lavé séché plié par mes soins)etc...
je trouve votre commentaire assez rude. Nous proposons des chambres d'hôtes et non pas des chambres d' hôtel.
Votre mari dévoué à tous vos souhaits ainsi que ceux de votre fils, est charmant, il n a jamais fait aucune remarque à ce sujet. Il est regrettable que vous n ayez pas mentionné de points positifs. Certains voient le verre vide et d'autres le verre plein.

What a warm welcome !! Excellent stay in the heart of St Emilion vineyards. Our host was an adorable lady. Our room was the “Feu Suite”, very spacious, in perfect conditions. We also had a delightful breakfast in the private garden of the suite. I recommend to everyone who like to spend a couple of days in a friendly and private atmosphere.
