It was good. They ran out of bottled water and there are no phones in the rooms, so it’s hard to get in touch with front office.

Thank you for your 10 out of 10 rating Mukuka.In response to your comments above, please take note that we only supply bottled water on the first stay of your stay as a courtesy, as these are self-catering apartments. With regards to the phone in the apartment and considering the advances in technology, PBX is a little outdated. We do however provide free WIFI in all our apartments, so it is easy for clients to get in touch with Reception via WhattsApp call or text on mobile. The number for Reception is on the room directory in the apartment as well as on the check in documentation.We look forward to having you at Shakespeare again in the near future.

Nice Place for Families

This was a spacious and clean hotel with a gym and pool. Nearby is a grocery store and sports bar where we had dinner. Everyone we met was friendly. A water pipe had burst, leaving the apartment with no water when we arrived but they did fix it as soon as possible. My husband reported seeing a few bugs running around the kitchen which thankfully I did not see. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it could have been related to the pipe bursting and is not a normal thing. My sons loved the TV and overall it was a great experience.

Could do more than the bare minimum provided

I have an overnight stay and needed somewhere to recoil and have a few zoom calls in the morning before hitting the road. So required something basic, quiet and a decent internet connection. Shakespear came through on all this.
