Lovely renovated hotel. Very luxurious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the gym was still under renovation. The bar/cafe is worth a visit. Breakfast is nice (but mornings are cold, so bring a sweater because it’s outside!).

The property is aging. There was no air conditioning in any of the lobby or downstairs area of the hotel. The entire hotel could use some paint and sprucing up. It is no longer among the elite Lusaka hotels and therefore, overpriced. We will be using the Taj Pamodzi for Lusaka trips.

The hotel rooms were filthy! Carpets were stained! Toilet flush was broken! Had to change 3 rooms to find a bed to sleep! High cost for poor value!
