The customer service at this hotel is TERRIBLE. I left an item in the closet and called the hotel and they found it but they refuse to mail it to me even when I offered to pay the shipping. They told me their policy is rigid and if I want it I need to come back and pick it up in person. Also, when I checked in, I stood at the desk for probably five minutes with a the front desk agent and the manager standing in front of me while they went through a housekeeping list before they acknowledged that I was standing there and checked me in. Seriously, I'm never staying at this property again.

The soaps provided for us was very thoughtful. Also, that there is a laundry room for guests

Didn't mind the check in process until the word "incidentals" came up. I mentioned that i was only here x one night. After that everything went smoothly. I always stay at La quinta but nobody wants more charges when they packed everyting in advance.
