We had a wonderful time at Paradisus. The staff were amazing and efficient. The food and drinks were actually decent for an all inclusive. If you’re looking for a mix of relaxation and cool entertainment this is your place. Would definitely go back again.

This property is beautiful and I’m hard to impress. Everyone there was extremely nice. I only had one concern about this property which many people have stated: the dinner reservations. They really need a better way of scheduling. So when you check in they say call guest services. So I called them and for five minutes no one answered. I was then instructed to walk to the concierge desk by check in so I did that. I was then instructed to call and I informed her we just tried. So she called the family side and handed me the phone. The lady said there was 10-15 people in front of me so I need to walk over there, so I did. When I arrived 4 minutes later no one was there and her and her coworker were just talking and playing, no line or anything. Took 10 seconds once there. Imagine having to do that everyday for dinner. Other than that it was good.

My vacation was very enjoyable and pleasant. There is not enough words to describe how wonderful this resort is. Absolutely amazing place with amazing staff!! Definitely recommend to anyone, and we are looking forward to come back in December. I wish I memorized names of amazing stuff members who made our trip unforgettable. Thank you all!!

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The staff, apart from Dafne at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were not able to check in early and had to wander around for about 2 hours. However, we enjoyed how everything was built into jungle and created a peaceful environment. I would not recommend this hotel to those looking for an adults only experience. There is a small partition at this hotel that separates family and adult stays which does not actually facilitate an adults only environment (there were screaming kids at dinners and events ect.) I don’t think it’s ethical to advertise this as an adults only stay. The food and the spa is the gem of this resort. Meals were always high quality and the spa services were the best I’ve ever had a resort. The beach did have a lot of seaweed, but there was crew diligently trying to clean it up. A huge negative (and why I deducted a star) was the hotel room— although beautiful and comfortable- had a strong smell of mold that permeated our clothes. It was such a strong smell that it was hard to sleep. Overall though, we had a positive experience.

Everything was incredible! The absolute best part of this hotel was the staff. Tip as much as possible, wages aren’t that high and tips keep the service 5-star!

The buffet was so small, not lots of food options, for the breakfast time only one omelette station so lots of waiting time. Same food every day.
