Top class hotel in a great spot
Posted 5 Oct 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is well positioned along the waterfront and within easy walking distance from the station (using the funicular to come down/up the hill). It has enormous charm and wonderful gardens. The room was terrific and breakfast was a great experience. Overall a wonderful stay in a top class hotel.

We stayed two nights and it was a fantastic place to stay! We loved having drinks on the front patio looking at the lake in the evening. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing was the wonderful breakfast including eggs, ham, cheeses, yogurt, cereal and fresh bread and croissants. It was all very delicious and filling! Next time we are in Lucerne we are definitely going to stay here! Thanks for a great experience!

The room was very hot and we could not get it to cool with AC or windows open. It’s a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff.
