Romantik but not Romantic
Posted 27 Aug 2014 on HotelsPart of the Romantik group this hotel would not be great for a romantic weekend. In the room we had the bathroom had no ceiling but was just a separating wall up to 3/4 height of bedroom. You knew one another intimately after staying there! Nice location and lovely staff.

Lovely historic hotel beautifully updated

Pros: Everything.
Location: Plenty of walks available, Lugano with all its attractions is just ten minutes away.
Just a short weekend stay, but the people were very welcoming, a lovely room with a beautiful outlook. A very nice breakfast served in a charming dining room. A historic ambience beautifully updated for modern needs and excellent service.

Gemütliches Hotel, abseits der grossen Masse
Posted 23 Mar 2014 on HotelsGutes *** Sternhotel mit schöner Gartenterrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage. Freundliche, zuvorkommende Bedienung. Das dazugehörende Restaurant "La Sosta" ist ausgezeichnet.
