a/c didn’t cool the room; next to a busy road, no sound barrier you heard every noise from the road while in the room; pool was cloudy and green. The staff was great and very friendly.

The room was good. But the cooling system wasn’t working well. Never actually got comfortable with the temperature in the room. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Second stay when visiting Lufkin Tx . Cleanest hotel I have stayed in Lufkin Tx. Easy check in and easy check out process . Nice breakfast and was given water upon check in. Also has a nice gym enjoyed my stay.

So I rent an handicap accessible room and what they considered accessible is very far off the standards of an accessible room. The shower floor was so slick I couldn’t stand in it, and as far as being a roll in shower I guess you could once you got over the 2 inch lip, but then you would have had to lift the chair up to get past the toilet.very disappointed in what I got versus what I paid for.

Best hotel on our entire spring break trip. The Lufkin location is top notch and a great value.
