Floors in my room were dirty hasn’t been swept. So I keep my slippers on when I’m more of a barefoot person.

1. They don’t cleanup the room because of COVID reasons. Seriously ?
2. They don’t even refill the toilet papers. Seriously?
3. They don’t have hot tub even if they advertise online and my kids choose this hotel because of that !

Im sorry that you had a bad stay. We clean the rooms every three days unless requested to do so sooner. Sometimes housekeeping misses things like toilet paper, shampoo...ect and we are more then happy to give it to you at the front desk. I also apologize for the pool/hottub as we were working on it due to the stone coming up and hurting guest feet.

The view of the lighthouse and Lake Michigan was great. There was a nice patio to sit out on. The room was okay. The bathroom and shower in our room was extremely small. I'm sure there were probably others with larger showers. There was instant hot water which was nice.

You are right, some of our rooms do have small bathrooms, especially our single rooms. We do have rooms that have a bigger bathrooms as well as rooms that have jacuzzi's in them.

Snyders is a perfect location to see the water and watch the Badger going out and returning.

We loved the location. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating! The bathroom was very small and the shower was tight! We had a lake view room with one queen bed. It got the job done and we would book here again!

One night stop on fall color adventure.
