Rooms and washrooms need maintenance. Loose faucet and cracs in floor. Not a five hotel rooms.

Room was super dirty , safe box was not operating in start , electrical hazard in room and restroom was never cleaned for years . Cheap quality hotel

Sandeep's culinary skills and presentation were outstanding and surpassed those of other top hotels I've stayed at in Ludhiana. In fact, his food was so good that I decided to extend my stay for another night. I also want to commend Vijay, Narinjan, and Sukhwinder for their highly professional and competent service in catering to all my room requirements and for going above and beyond their duty!

Nothing special in Park Plaza. Rooms are way old and tiny compare to other near by Hotels. Food is way expensive. I would never recommend Park Plaza to anyone. It might be good for meetings downstairs but nothing special if you are staying eith them.
