Nice and clean hotel. At first I was in a room facing the street which was pretty noisy, but then I got moved to the back and you couldn't hear the noise as much. I would stay here again.

Centrally located with large modern room in the new wing. The Branche restaurant is highly recommended

Worst hotel to stay

Duty manager of this Hotel, named Satyam, have been rude and have pathetic management and communication skills. Let me tell you what happened and what spoiled my mood. #1. When I entered the room, whole bed and pillow covers were smelling badly due to sanitisation. This is not the way to sanitize, I was in Hilton too, but not felt anything like I felt in Golden Tulip. #2 Water bottles were only 2 for 2 people. It should have been 4. #3 Room dining was very slow #4 After 5 hours of check out I received call from Satyam, he argued over call for pillow covers and bed sheet saying I damaged them, however, it was henna stains as my wife put henna on her hairs always. We never received calls regarding such thing from wherever we stayed. But never expected or heard what I heard from Satyam. When I said that I will surely give my feedback on your behaviour then he challenged do it.

On receiving a complaint from you in regards to smell from the pillow and bed sheet the Front Office Manager and Executive Housekeeper visited your room immediately. No smell was found but still you were offered a room shift and the linen and pillow covers were changed immediately. I agree that only two bottles of water were placed initially and regret the inconvenience caused.We have also noted your feed back in regards to room service and assure your of corrective measures. In regards to room linen we would like to inform that a bed sheet and pillow cover had to be discarded as henna marks are permanent . We regret the inconvenience caused to you once again and assure you of best of services always. Look forward to welcome you back soon at golden tulip lucknow. Best Regards Sanjay Punj General Manager

super clean rooms, and an AMAZING breakfast buffet. We’re pretty picky about hotels and we highly recommend the Golden Tulip!
