Lovely hotel, very historic and very pretty rooms. Lovely touch was the weather and reccomendations sheet on the bed with a biscuit every evening. There was a lift but still a couple of steps to get to the room. Staff were very friendly. Luzern guest card very useful and voucher for a free aperatif in the hotel restaurant.

Posted 19 Jun 2023 on HotelsJust perfect - cute hotel with very comfortable room. No AC but the fan was sufficient. Nice bath and shower. Great staff and service. Fantastic location for walking everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

No air conditioning - would be a problem in hot weather.
Hotel very expensive.

On days with normal temperatures it is not absolutely necessary.Next time, please choose a junior suite. Those do have portable air-conditioning and will make your stay more pleasant on extremely hot days. Nice large room very comfortable bed. Very nice well-maintained property with old world feel. The whole town is walkable from its central location.
