The flat was very clean and centrally located right on the water. Parking is hard because it is in an area of the city where cars aren’t allowed.

Property was in a great location near a small city square with very thoughtful touches. There were laundry facilities free and available for use, just bring your own soap. They even had two adaptors for the US to Swiss plugs for us to use. We also received the Luzern city pass during our stay that provided discounts to museums and public transport. Definitely would stay here again!

Posted 23 Sep 2020 on HotelsWhen I booked the room “Mercury” it said the room had a king size bed, a view on the lake and a balcony. But non of this is true. It was a good size room, which had a view to the next door building away from the lake into a small street. The interior was nice, and the kitchen well equipped, everything was working! So at the end, the price matched the place, the web site just should not be leaving Information that lead on...and increased the expectation!
