My family and I had a fantastic time at the Grand Palladium. The food and drinks were amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and luxurious. Our stay was perfect from start to finish - 10/10!

Dated. Dirty. Poor service. Poor dinner options and shows. Smoking on property. Awful. Wasted my time selling me their membership!

This was a great experience for my first trip to Jamaica the service was fantastic and the Staff were very professional and polite and they went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible I would hightly recommend you and will be back for sure

The restaurant food needs a lot of work. The steakhouse, Italian, and Mexican foods all lacked flavor of any kind. They were also poorly cooked. The fact that the buffet and in-room dining options tasted much better should speak volumes to the overall quality of your restaurants. That’s the only reason my review is a 4/5. Everything else on the resort was fantastic!
