An exceptional find - we wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Our room was clean, spacious and full of character. The air conditioning worked well and provided a welcome retreat from the afternoon sun. Best of all was the staff, who were simply delightful.

Quaint farmhouse setting, close to Lucca. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Nice pool for Warner weather.

Huge disappointment
Posted 29 Sep 2019 on HotelsThis B&B was really disappointing. When we arrived in our room, there was a huge puddle of water on the floor. We informed the front desk and they brought towels to mop it up, but didn't switch us to a new room. Over night, the air conditioner kept leaking, forming a new puddle of water in the morning. We found out in the morning that this was an ongoing issue they were aware of but hadn't fixed, and they were planning to move their B&B to a new property because of these issues. The furniture was generally run down too. When we went swimming in the pool, the water had a horrible chemical taste that coated our teeth and after ten minutes we had to get out for fear that it was unsafe. The pool chairs were also damaged. Overall, this property is run down and was incredibly disappointing.

The hotel is gorgeous. The grounds the pool the buildings, all of that could not have been better. If you don't mind walking its great, but your aways away from Lucca. Restaurants ect.

Posted 22 Mar 2019 on HotelsFantastic, the owner and staff were very helpful.Just 15mins walk to the city of Lucca from the Villa.Loved it and will book again. Our room was very clean with fresh towels each day.

This was a very nice clean place to stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I especially loved the cats and dog at the B&B. Staff all did a great job. I would stay here again.
