The staff was very welcoming and there were laundry facilities in house. They brought up a lovely and delicious breakfast tray with many options. They room was clean, roomy and comfortable. I’d visit again!

We had a wonderful experience when visiting Lucca for a wedding. Although the hotel is slightly outside the walled city, it’s a quiet and peaceful location and about 7 min by foot to the walled city. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the pillows were so great I want to order the same at home!! The staff made sure we were very comfortable and brought us breakfast daily…very tasty mix of sweet and salty. Another plus is is the “rolladen” or window covers that kept the room totally dark when sleeping. I would definitely stay here again!
