Unfriendly and unprofessional staff, loud music until midnight, overpriced. Don’t go there!

Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . Barbara and Mark

Great experience! Location from lucca ideal and the dinner at restaurant lovely. Got a room with terrace.

Villa Hotel in the country
Posted 27 Jul 2023 on HotelsLovely villa hotel with wonderful food and staff. Halfway between Pisa and Lucca. The pool and grounds were a delight. Great place to recover from a long flight from the US.
