This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again.

A Great Time In Lucca
Posted 17 Sep 2023 on HotelsPerfectly sized hotel full of charm, friendly yet discreet family run , very comfortable and lovely terrace, free off road parking, comfortable rooms and air con which was very much needed, very close to the walls of the historic centre, reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to eat and drink, loved it here. Stayed here to see Lucca and a day trip to Pisa, easily done on the train
