This property is wonderful! I wish we had spent more time here. The cottage sits ocean front with a large deck a few feet from the water. You stay here for the views and to experience the Maine fishing village. The room is small, clean with a comfy bed and mis-matched furniture but all the comforts you need (fridge, coffee maker, TV) The bath is very basic. The staff was very pleasant

Awesome place! Renovated sardine processing plant. Historic but totally redone. Only thing - no television, phone, or coffee maker in rooms! But what a view of the bay from your room. A common area for gathering with a full kitchen area, and coffee. Wonderful restaurant in hotel.
