While we understand that it was graduation weekend, there is NO way that this property was worth $211 a night or even $100! Air conditioning was loud (sounded like something was trying to crawl out), the door knob was about to fall off, we left the sign to have our room cleaned and they never did, I had to come down to the front desk for towels and tp. That place has some potential, but they obviously don't invest in upkeeping it. And breakfast? The only thing worth it was the waffles. It was very disappointing. Yes, every property was expensive, but I expected basic services.

condition on room dirty and unsafe fungus on bathroom walls ,water valves with fungus in bathroom, also

Friendly staff and clean rooms. It’s not a five-star (obviously), but it’s a great, affordable option.

Overall, it's a very good hotel, but ... When you enter the property, you will be greeted with a big poster with all kinds of warnings about COVID, keeping distance etc. The lady at the front desk was coughing really bad into her hand. She took my driver's license and the credit card and issued the room key, all without using hand sanitizer or anything. Could you please read your own poster about all the things you're asking your guests to follow? The remarks about the pool are also correct, please drain it for the season. Not only the view will be less horrific, but this will save your pool too. The rest was good: spacious clean room, good parking, close to everything, nice hotel manager (the other one, not the lady at the front desk). The setup with the microwave and the second sink was almost like a kitchenette.
